I had the pleasure of working on Chef George Mendes’s new summer pop-up, AMAR at Chefs Club Counter. It was a whirl wind design collaboration with my lovely associate Inna Goldstein and we had a blast pulling everything together, not just for the three month run of the restaurant but also for the opening night party.
